Hi, My Name is Tiffany Landres. I’m a fun loving dyer who also has a passion for music and knitting.
As a person I love things that bring people together. Family, friends food, music and hobbies really help to shine a light on what is important in life. I have a wonderful support group of friends and a family which includes my husband, 2 kids, 2 dogs, 2 guinea pigs, 2 doves and a fish.
I started dyeing 3 years ago, and fell in love. I also knit, crochet, spin and work on my circular sock machine. Circular sock machines have my heart!
As a business, Lyrical Fibers is about bringing people together through the yarn and fiber community. In the years that I have been in the industry, knitting, teaching fiber arts, working at The Hook and Needle Nook, and Dyeing yarn, I really have gotten to meet some amazing people. I have met some amazing women business owners and get to see them thrive. I have seen the generosity of people who create.
I have learned from a lot of amazing women and men who have been learning over their lifetimes. I have worked doing so many different things over my life, and I choose to be in this industry because of the way people support each other. People tend to show each other what they know and grow through partnerships .
Through Lyrical Fibers, I want to help be a part of solutions in this world. I want to work on throwing color and happiness into dye pots and the world. This industry is about so much more than yarn and fiber. It’s about taking raw materials and creating with them. It’s about creating harmony.
